1. You must register with us to view prices or place an order. If you have already registered you should log in. If you have forgotten you password use the Login page "Email my password" button to have your password emailed to you immediately.
2. When you have logged in you can use the "Add to basket" buttons to add individual items or complete kits from the Kits page.
3. Keep browsing and adding the extra items or accessories you need. You can view a list of items you have selected by clicking the basket .
4. On the Checkout or Selection page you can:
   • change a quantity for each item (then click "Recalculate")
   • enter your own order reference to appear in any correspondence between us about the order
   • remove an item, binning it .
5. When you are happy with your selections, click "Continue" to reach the Confirmation page.
6. From the Confirmation page, decide how you are going to pay from the choices shown and follow the instructions on screen.

• Credit card - "Click to pay" and the Secure Server window will open. This is where you enter your credit card details for the card to be authorised. After entering the required details, click "Authorise" once only and wait for a response. If your card is authorised you will be returned to the Confirmation page. Print this page out for your records. You will receive a further confirmation from us by email, confirming the delivery date. Your card will not be debited until the goods are shipped.
• Fax, mail or phone ordering - print the Confirmation page (if you wish you can click "quotation" and the page heading will change accordingly). Fax or mail it to us, or phone us quoting the reference shown. If you are paying by credit card we will need those details as well. UK customers may send a cheque with the quotation/order. Customers outside the UK who do not want to pay bycredit card may send us the quotation/order and we will advise you of the payment options by return.
