Products M series Manual wands (tweezers) These manual wands, or tweezers, allow manual handling of a wafer without excessive contact. Fragile wafers are gently but securely gripped by an optically polished contact surface. This ensures that particle counts are greatly reduced and there is no risk of scratching. PEEK, ESD PEEK and PPS materials are available to suit the application, with a temperature limit of 130°C, while the M800 Vespel tipped stainless steel wands can withstand temperatures up to 288°C.
