Emails

If you register with us we will use email to confirm your email address. If you buy from us we will send you email notifications regarding your order (such as acknowledgements and invoices).

We will never provide your personal information or email address to third parties except when they are specifically employed to help deliver our products.

If you request an email reminder of your password it will be emailed to you by our website server.

Online payment

We use PayPal to bill for our products online, and will send them your name and address details so they can bill you. We never have access to your credit card details.

PayPal can accept payment by credit card as well as via a PayPal account.

Security

We take precautions to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information, such as:

• Only storing minimal information when you register with us to view our product prices.
• Minimal information includes name, email address, country and a password of your choice.
• If you buy from us we will require your postal address so we can deliver your order.
• The hardware we use to store details is in secured datacentres and behind firewalls.
• All access to information is restricted by password and/or secure key.
• We restrict what information can be accessed via any location.

While we take great care to ensure that any confidential information remains protected, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet.
