  • By purchasing goods from this Website you enter a legally binding agreement with Windrush Technology Ltd on the following terms. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities.
  • These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this Website.
  1. Definitions and interpretation
    1. In these terms the following words have the following meanings.
    2. Contract - the contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods;
    3. Goods - the range of products (including any instalment of the goods or any parts for them) available for purchase from our Website in accordance with these terms;
    4. the Website - our presence on the world wide web, currently accessible via the address www.wandshop.com;
    5. the Seller, we or us - Windrush Technology Limited (registered in England and Wales number 3819128; registered office: 31 Witney Road, Ducklington, Witney, Oxon, OX29 7TX, UK).
  2. Basis of the sale
    1. An agreement for us to sell you Goods is made on these terms when we accept an order made by you via our Website. The description of the Goods, the price, VAT, insurance and delivery costs are set out on the Confirmation page. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email or in writing.
    2. Goods will be paid for in full at the time of despatch by the method you have chosen from those we provide.
  3. Details of the order
    1. The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us).
    2. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, and your payment is authorised.
  4. Payment terms
    1. We accept no responsibility for delays if payment authorisation is declined, and we reserve the right to cancel the Contract and suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
  5. Delivery
    1. We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
    2. We will aim to deliver the Goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
  6. Risk and title
    1. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver.
    2. Title to the goods remains with us until they are paid for is full and delivered.
  7. Warranty
    1. We offer a warranty period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
    2. If you think you have a valid warranty claim in respect of any Goods that is based on any defect in their quality or condition or their failure to meet specification in accordance with the Contract, you must first contact us and obtain return authorisation before returning any goods. We do not pay return shipping costs. If we agree that your claim is valid, we will replace the Goods free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the Goods.
  8. Returns policy
    1. It is your responsibility to check the goods on arrival, and any claim must be made within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us and obtain return authorisation before returning any goods. Returned items must be packaged appropriately, preferably in the original packaging in which they were received, and bear our returns authorisation reference. We do not pay return shipping costs.
  9. Liability
    1. For any goods or services supplied we shall not be liable for claims in respect of:
      1. defects arising from design or specification supplied by the purchaser
      2. defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions and misuse or alteration of the goods without our written approval
      3. consequential loss or damage, whether for loss of profit or otherwise whether direct or indirect
      4. personal damage, damage to property or financial loss that the purchaser, his employees or those authorised by him, or any third persons may incur as a result of material faults, design faults, operating error, misuse or other fault.

    1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
    2. We will continually improve the Goods, so changes to them may be made at any time. Pictures on the Website are generally accurate, but variations in colour, shape and size must be expected.
